Fish Fry - Chettinad style

Ingredients for the Masala
Sombu - 1 teaspoon
Pepper - 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Garlic - 1 piece
Salt

Grid the above ingredients to a smooth paste.

Method
Mariante 2 pounds of fish (Salmon/Tilapia/King Fish) with the above masala for about 1 to 2 hours then either deep fry or shallow fry until brown.
